Our fees
At Albright Kendrick, we offer a free 30-minutes initial consultation. If after this you decide that you would like to instruct us, you will then be quoted an estimated or a fixed-fee on a private paying basis.
Our fees will be dependent on a variety of factors such as what your case entails and the duration of your case. Please feel free to call us for a no-obligation quote.
Visit visa – £95-£822 dependent upon length of stay up to 10 years.
Visit visa extension – £993
Student visa – £348
Student visa extension – £475
Family visas including: joining your partner, parent or child – £1523
Family visa extension – £1033
Work visa – up to £1623
Naturalisation – £1330
Nationality registration as a British citizen (adult) – £1206
Nationality registration as a British citizen (child) – £1012
Indefinite leave to remain (Settlement) – £2389
Other disbursements for immigration applications include:
– Biometric Enrolment – £19.20
– English language test fees – £150
– IHS fee:
Students – £470 per year
Children under the age of 18 – £470 per year
All over visa and immigration applications – £624 per year

Taking initial instructions

Phone calls/e-mails all correspondence with the client relating to the matter – chasing documents, clarifying information etc.
Producing a covering letter to submit with the application.
Ensuring all documents are dated correctly and relate to the correct time periods etc.
Scrutinising all documents including bank statements
